I made that assumption too.

Posts: 111If they are buying the visas, then there must be corruption going on at the US Embassy and Consulates in China?

Posts: 231That may be true but she was not forced to do that kind of work. These women make incredible tax free money. I know this first hand.

Confirmed. Bright orange paper taped to the front door saying "Dudley Board of Health. CLOSED" with other smaller text that I didn't stop to read.

I would be more concerned with people going to a business and NOT leaving. Might be some Sweeeney Todd type thing going down.

In my first hand experience, international organizations are almost always involved in the AMP business, especially the ones that rotate the girls in and out and around the country. These Chinese women don't apply for a visa through the legit channels only to wait for years and years, if they ever get one. They buy them. In a recent visit to an area AMP the woman told me, through Google translate, that her visa cost her $70 k and that although she didn't want to be a FS AMP worker, she felt she had no choice but to be in the business to pay off her debt. I she free to leave the business? Or go back to China any time? Probably. But that has risks too; where is the money going to come from? Ask any younger AMP worker nicely and they will probably share their story. I would say that very often the situation is that these women are either divorced or single mothers and they have a child or children back in China that are living with her parents. Sure there are plenty of exceptions to the circumstances I've outlined but, this story is not uncommon.

Very sloppy reporting on this from WPD. Other than sex for a fee, other comments are just suppositions (bold mine):

Posts: 82Looked like there was a sign on the door at the Dudley spa as well. Anyone know what's going on there? It was always too visible for me so only went once.

I saw Aima and was very happy. I'd say she looked similar to Asa Akira 5'4". Thin but not skinny, nice MM C's (very firm), slight curve to her butt but not phatt. Trimmed Bush. Almost no English skills. I'd repeat.

I copied this from Webster Police's facebook page.
After a several month-long investigation, Detectives from the Webster Police Department, Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Detectives from the South Worcester County Counter Crime and Task Force served a search warrant at the Webster Asian Bodyworks at 269 Main Street in Webster for evidence of what was believed to be a location where men were receiving sexual services for a fee.
This investigation came after several months of conducting surveillance and online searches. Officers would observe men come to the establishment and leave. Several of them were stopped and admitted to receiving a massage and then being propositioned for and receiving a sex act by the masseuse. In conjunction with finding this location on numerous websites that list this nature's establishments, this surveillance provided Detective Phil Hurton with enough evidence to apply for a search warrant, which was issued through the Dudley District Court.
These investigations are among some of the most complex to conduct, with many of them having a tie to organized crime and involving human trafficking. In this case, the employee, who was from China, was residing in the business and working there. Often, these employees are kept there and forced to work off debts to a more extensive criminal organization and are reluctant to cooperate with law enforcement. In this case, no charges have been lodged against the employee at this time, and she refused any assistance from the Webster Police Community Outreach Advocate and a Federal Victim Advocate from the Chelsea Office of the FBI.
After consulting with the Webster Health Director, Camille Griffin, she brought it to the Board of Health at their regular meeting. It was declared a Public Health Nuisance, which gave her the authority to issue a cease-and-desist order.
This investigation is ongoing, and charges may result later. Unfortunately, as stated previously, these cases are very complex and involve victims reluctant to cooperate, organizations that are extremely difficult to track, and often have international roots.
This was an excellent example of multi-jurisdictional law enforcement agencies and the cooperation of the Town of Webster Health and Inspectional Services Departments in closing this nefarious establishment.

As always these places depend on who is working.
