You don't think she may have posted pictures that were taken several years apart as most girls do? From the first picture to the second picture there is nothing odd there. She has a tattoo on her stomach can't tell from the first picture she has tattoos or not on her back side. I think you may be overly cautious. The same stomach tattoo appears in three pictures. I see no red flags here move along.
