Popped by sunrise in chandler and got Wendy, opted for the 30 min massage. It was more of a soft touch massage, not horrible but was decent. On the flip I opted for BJ but she had to get her stuff ready. Comes in with mouth wash and what looked like a Saran Wrap baggy. Actually there is. Check the one on University. Some absolute gems from time to time and although they raised the $$. Still reasonable fixed $$. It is a kind of a UTR private place but if you read the forums here and put in some work. You can figure it out and how to get in.
