Yes. Flamingo and Decatur in the shopping mall there.

It's not summer so walking 2 or 3 miles not an issue. Or you can take a bus straight down flamingo no transfers and not complicated. There's even an app for that. You'll have to google the buses in Vegas are called RTC rtcsnv (dot) com Google maps will have a bus option also.
