$140 for 60 mins all in. No gratuity expected. Never heard her mention 30 min pricing. Chances are once you get on her table and she has you in her hands you won't want only 30 mins with her. LOL.

No topless. Not sure why you'd want that in a woman pushing 70 but to each their own. If you go with 4 hands, 2 of them would be male. Her housemate / boyfriend lives there and also does massage for men.
