The empire that I found is located at 11166 Fairfax Blvd Fairfax, VA 22030, is this the one?. I've been interested in connected with a Valeria working with another Latina named Jordana in Springfield (see attached photos). Is this the Valeria at Empire? You'll literally see more than 80 different ads with honestly about 60-65 different Latinas. I don't know how many burner numbers you have but many of those ads are open about what goes on (for now) and you can ask the rates for services before you go. Whether they tell you or not, when you do go before you hand over the house money you ask the girl her rates. Most are pretty straight up and if you can't agree, you can leave. Just an FYI, some Latin places are $60 hhr and even $60 hr.

I personally agree that the arrangements with these places are just odd and the fact the houses charges more than $40 anywhere just PO's me. ACS's and LCS's. Still a dumb price for the gamble imo.

The one on the left has a cute face and her hair looks nice. While I do keep my eyes peeled for the more indigenous-looking type (short legs, dark hair, flat hispanic back-side. Think, what you'd see at a bus stop in Annandale along Duke St or on Backlick Rd in Springfield) I can honestly say I've never had an enjoyable experience with a latina. She quotes me 300. Yeah that's 300+100 house fee. So, 400 $.
She then started offering up other options she said she'll do BJ but her clothes stay on.
Man that was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had.

Folks. 120-160 is the max I'd pay for FS at an LMP because more often than not you're not going to get a massage and end up pissing away the house fee entirely, you're getting the same service you would be getting at a LCS on the escort site except you're throwing away free money at a house fee that's at damn near predatory rates.

She is pretty with imo some of the nicest legs I've seen in awhile. She's got a limited menu however, but she's pretty decent overall for a massage experience. I saw her on her first day / second day here when she arrived and maybe she was feeling out the market here with me. I don't know if I'd go see her again though, her menu was limited and anything offered was quite expensive IMO for the going NoVA rate. I'd just go read my past review of her.
