Looks like a couple of dumb asses robbed a parlor in Santa Ana. A clear photo of (at least one of them) and their license plate was captured.

If I'm not mistaken this looks like Spa Royal (or whatever they're going to be called now that their old sign has been down for a while). Within the same week Right was raided and this one was just robbed. Maybe a sign to lay low for a while LOL.

They're toast. Even if they're still able to reopen and the cops don't have concrete evidence yet, it's just a matter of time. Either the cops or landlord will just send some undercover people over to verify exactly how far they go. As I passed by Grand on the 5 freeway going South, it appeared the windows facing the freeway were uncovered. It seemed I could see inside.

I was in traffic, only had a moment to look over at it, and that is what I think I saw.

Landlord, not sure what they can do. I'm sure, it is dependent on the lease / rental contract. Maybe a month or two ago, the broker was looking for a 5 year agreement on the unit. Who knows what the actual terms were / are.

Likely some kind of nuisance clause, is my guess and landlord will just terminate the lease. Being the parlor is not legit, it would be doubtful they would fight the termination in court. Landlord might give some consideration, maybe security deposit in return for a release of liability of some kind.

LE, maybe they could send in UC's. Doubt they are all that interested. They sent their message by showing up in person. The owners likely understood the message, not there! Maybe not anywhere in Santa Ana.

MMS said the new place is decorated and will be opening soon. Not sure I'm likely to go though if its the same owner and they already have a lot of heat on them.

This is a good take. That recent bust was all related to 1 owner. Location didn't matter since they hit up Thousand Oaks and OC so multiple counties involved, all coordinated on the same day (and time, most likely too).

Confirmed with MMS they did get a visit from the cops. Looks like they got reported and are now having issues with the landlord. They will be closed for a short while.
