How to research girls for reviews
One trick to get intel is if you know the girl's TER, you can see which cities she worked. Then, you can search USAG boards for that time range for her name. Names get re-used so this is one way to narrow it down to the right girl. To use a random example. Mintzy at metrogirlsny passed through San Diego in November 2023:

I was thinking about seeing her later this week, and I noticed that she has a lot of high ratings on her appearance as well as a significant number of low ratings on her appearance, which I thought was kind of interesting. I'm curious to know if she just has a particularly polarizing appearance, if people reviewing do not know to expect fake pictures, if NYC prefers younger as the most important quality because KGirls usually skew older, or any reason you personally did not like her that much.

I just don't find her that attractive. She's a 7, though I'd lean more towards a 6. 5 if I could do decimals. I'm only here to see 8's and above. Her face just doesn't cut it enough for me.

It's normal to have differing opinions for girls like that. One of the first girls I ever saw I thought was a 9 after seeing many girls since then, she's still able to be #4 on my list. I was one of the only two guys to rate her a 9 on TER which is crazy to me because I think she's pretty enough to be a model or lead actress in a famous TV show. I have another girl I gave a 9 and she has 3 6's, I obviously disagree that she's a 6, but at the same time I can see how she wouldn't cut it for some guys. I was recommended her by another guy on the forum and I thought she was just as pretty as he did.

Also a side note but I don't find most k girls that attractive. In my top 10 for appearance, there's only 2 k girls on there and they're towards the bottom. While I think they're very pretty, they still don't compare to the hottest j girls. Many k girls that guys say are so beautiful just aren't and even the girls guys say are young often are not.

Some guys just give 6/6 by default to finish the review. You can click on their name and see the 6 / 6 reviewer gave Hani, Abba, Jane a 6 / 6. But if you read the words of their review, they're talking 7-9. So it's just laziness. We've all done it at some point.

Hani is really a 9 in service, so the moment I see he gave her a 6 I just ignore the rest of his numbers. Everyone should just read TER reviews and ignore the number, people at least put effort into the words. This is the last line of his review on Jane "We spent the rest of the session chatting and getting to know each other. I cant wait to fuck her again" That is not a 6. If you read his whole review, you'd probably assign an 8.

He has one more review, a 10/10. It was for Spencer Scott. 100% unedited photos of Spencer Scott attached. She is a 3 to me at best, but I totally understand other guys have different taste. But a 10? This is why I only use USAG and follow a couple of people with the same taste as me. If you like retired white porn stars, cool, but why would I use your intel on kgirls? So I don't go rubbing my hands expecting things out of high review numbers, because then the door opens with Spencer Scott on the other side.

Even in Socal, this is rare. I previously saw every kgirl under 30 in OC with the help of other HYA hunters. 3 out of 50 girls are under 25, 10 more are under 30. So with Manhattan having maybe 15 kgirls it's not going to happen a lot. Some of the 25-30 year olds are solid, it is a good sweet spot to hunt. This is why I make my cutoff 30 or it becomes unicorn hunting.

I've seen Jane a few times and imo, I think she's one of the better looking kgirl I've seen. She is definitely younger than most and don't have your traditional Asian look. Got a GND / K pop (almost) look to her. As compared to Maya who I recently saw. I would rate Maya's face a 6-7, very average Asian face but people find Maya hot.

Took a gander at the line up in NY for the holidays so this is a somewhat delayed entry. Metro is still the only agency I can get to respond to me under an hour so I was restricted to their menu.
