This is my first report, sorry I took so long LOL. Also, this is Moon Massage, not Blue Moon Spa which is also on East Bay.

First time visit, went earlier this week after reading Eskimo's report. Greeted by Coco, probably mid-thirties, petite, nice face. Led me back to the room and got comfortable.

Paid for an hour. Massage was mid at best, with not a lot of teasing. She seemed to be kind of going through the motions. She also left the room a cpl times which sucked. I've also recently heard, privately, that at least one of the girls at Vinca failed to provide the naked/nuru table shower, instead remaining completely clothed, and also delayed "main event" action until after some time spent on an actual backrub/massage.

My buddy can confirm his recent visit included a fully clothed message (maybe 25 minutes) before main event. He literally thought he had done something wrong. I don't know about others but last time I tried to go for 30 minutes plus FS at Vinca, the girl said, "Full service only hour," and wouldn't budge until I paid the difference. That may have been a one off, as I haven't bothered since then, but wanted to make people aware.

The GUESS is that this may have been due to a change-up in the service model so the girls can conduct more "screening" of clients to assure they remain safe from that kind of entanglement that involved 12 AMPs and 21 girls in Polk County recently (Google it, or read the Lakeland MP thread). Has anyone seen THIS change in behavior at Vinca recently?
