A quick perusal of the reviews states she's GFE BBBJ cfs with some kissing. A couple reviewers managed to cleverly disguise some acronyms to get past the censor function. Reviews state she matches the pics, tho one dude was unhappy shat she was older than he thought. That's going to be hard to fulfill in this area. The other hard races to fill are going to be Persian, Pakistani and Arab in increasing degree of difficulty based on my experience (though Indian is the easiest out of those).

The problem, as far as I know, is the "strong" culture and community ties these races have compared to their absolute numbers and their cultural judgments about sex work. Especially compared to other minorities like blacks, Asians, or Latinos.

There isn't a definitive list of facebook groups for "blacks / Asians / Latinos in Seattle", and while there isn't one for Indians either, per se, there are enough that are wide spread and wide reaching within all Indian communities in the area to make it a problem. There are definitely ones for Pakistanis, Persians and Arabs though.

For example, I had this happen with a Persian girl I found a few years ago. I had just started dumping cum in her then. She was also seeing this other Persian guy who started assuming he can get it for free. After few free sessions with him she blocked him. He got mad and went posting about her in the 6 major Persian facebook groups in the area. The meltdown was something I ended up just separating myself from. Initially her family gave her an ultimatum of going back to Iran or having an hourly FaceTime call with them. Then when they realized that was a stupid idea, they figured there is a cousin of a cousin of a cousin who "won the immigration lottery" (which is actually a thing that I didn't know, and it's based on where you're born rather than you're actual nationality) and he'll just "move in with you in 8 months". When I asked how she moved here from Iran, she said that she was a US citizen because in the 90's her father was a doctor and he applied for a medical conference in the US when her mother was due with her. They ended up traveling to that conference in Florida and staying for an extra month and she was born in Florida. The peak of the meltdown happened when they realized she was sending them a couple of thousand dollars a month (which is a massive fortune there) from her SW. Then that "cousin of a cousin of a cousin" wanted to fuck her too for free, but also be the only guy who did while struggling to find work. It sounded like a typical pimp-in-the-making and I just nope'ed out of the whole mess then.

The only other Indian girl I saw who wanted to make really really sure that I wasn't Indian. She had me walk into a bunch of different locations around her apartment so she can see me in light to tell I'm not Indian before she told me her apartment number. Then she explained the trouble she had (and could have) with Indian dudes.

IL (but this was a long time ago) - if a test came back positive they would check to see if you were married and if so inform your spouse. I could be mistaken as I have never been in this situation. So more curious than anything.

I am speaking only about Washington State when it comes to the legality of third parties disclosing your status. HIPPA and ADA have changed how all medical status are disclosed. Add to the fact that there are so many ways to get tested anonymously, it makes it harder to track down an individual. Tracking the spread of STI is vastly more important (IMO), than trying to target someone for a bunch of reasons. Now if someone was actively and purposely exposing people to HIV, now we move into criminal territory.

Usually the key factor is you know your status and you did not share your status with potential partners. Since most of this activity is "Trust me Bro" with strangers, its always going to be FAFO.

In my past life, all I could do was tell people what their status was, give them resources, and show empathy for those who have contracted a life changing disease.

Hate to break it to you but there is no obligation to report any STI to your partners (medical doesn't do it). That would be the personal responsibility on the person who is positive. All medicals, labs, health care have to report positive results (not the person) to local / state health departments for some STI (including HIV), not all. Yes, healthcare providers may ask for names and phone numbers of the people who you have had contact with but they can not compel you to share that information. If you give healthcare providers the information, they will contact the parties who have been possibly infected to get tested.

There are legal ramifications if you are purposely passing HIV to partners (misdemeanor, if I remember). I am happy to provide direct links to the local, state health departments and RCW if you like.

Not quoting anything official here, just vaguely remembered anecdotes, but I do recall seeing instances where people have been prosecuted for spreading STIs knowingly, even the curable ones.
