Long time reader / first time poster.

I'm honestly surprised by how sparse the options are downtown, and I've been hoping that more open up with RTO and so forth. There are sever scattered throughout the International District, with Comfort and Spirit on Jackson probably being the two most prominent / established. But there's several others as you travel east up Jackson (toward the Vietnamese part of I'd) and south into the rest of I'd. But the options are still rather limited: it's hard to find anything other than HJ, only Spirit has TS, and a lot of providers are on the older / less attractive side. Plus I'd isn't exactly downtown and can be kinda sketchy.

There's also Shangrila (name changes from time to time) behind the Subway in SoDo (conveniently located near the SoDo light rail stop), and they do CFS and TS, but providers are older and it's still somewhat out of the way.

And then there's La Moon in Belltown which used to be pretty hot but has kinda died down and the surroundings are also fairly sketchy.

The next most accessible options might be in Cap Hill (very limited) and you District.

I'm not aware of any in downtown proper or SLU.
