Always communicate honestly and be prepared to be flexible. If one girl is running late you can't just go over. The booker tells you how to do it. I have had minor mixups when doing two appointments with the same booker because it's not that common, I spotted it (got the info for the wrong girl). Normally, I switch bookers because the girls I want are different agencies anyways. This is why I pad the time, in case I get delayed or the girl gets delayed.

Often the girl or time I want isn't available. Make a backup list of girls and avoid peak times, or book ahead half a day. I hate booking ahead days in advance because things change (the girl can get sick, I can get sick, etc.) so even though I will book 1-3 days in advance in rare cases, I never do it for 2 appointments. If it's morning appointment I book the day before, if it's afternoon I book in the morning. Way less chance of cancellation. This is based on experience and talking with others, hope it helps.

Sometimes I go through 3-4 backups. Lucky if there is a 5th girl on my list.

I've thought about trying this a few times but never actually pulled the trigger. You could probably try asking the booker which girls are in certain areas to line up girls back to back in the same apartment or at least same area. I know the VAC booker has told me before which girls are in which general area. It's sometimes helpful if I'm not trying to drive all the way down to those far SW locations they use, I'll just ask for who's available in the central location.

I see two girls same day a lot for my own reasons. Some different scenarios:

A) I book one girl and ask the booker how many minutes away is the second girl from that location. Whether same booker or different. I always pad 10-30 minutes depending on traffic risk and parking setup. Or I can cut that padding down a lot if I just set an alarm and leave a 60 minute appointment 10 minutes early, no big deal.

B) I pad 60 minutes and have lunch or run an errand based on the distance between addresses, always padding 10-15 minutes not to stress. Fill up on some gas and use the bathroom at that gas station.

C) I keep a flexible mentality and just book one girl. Then when I'm done, book the other asking how many minutes away it is from X. That girl might not be available, so have backup plans. The hidden advantage of this is if a girl makes me two shot and is more thorough than I expected, I can call it a day and keep the savings. Also, sometimes there are delays, I've been delayed 5 or 10 minutes every now and then. Very rarely, 20 minutes. Communicate ahead, if you think you'll be late just ask ahead if you can move the second appointment 10 minutes. Or leave a little early.

D) I already know a girl from repeating her recently. I see that girl 2nd, booking her after I figure out the logistics after the 1st girl.

E) Some agencies only have one location, so if you book the 2 or 3 girls from there, you're good.

If early, always hang out with discretion. If I'm more than 10 minutes early I go to the gas station or starbucks. Some parking is really separated from the final location so it's cool to park and hang out there, lots of normal people do that too. Remember normal people don't wander hallways, so don't go until you get confirmation of the final unit number. But common areas especially in an unrelated building or lot are good. Car is still best. The most important thing is nobody should see a door open with one person leaving, and another person entering right after. I look nothing alike the next guy, it's the weirdest thing to see two guys who would never be together doing that swap. There should always be a significant gap.
