At first I debated posting this, but this is now two occurrences. Gents, just FYI:

About a week ago, I Saw LEO parked on that side street where Eight Foot spa is. But he was talking to people at the place on the corner, on the same side of the street. It caught my attention but I didn't think much of it.

Then yesterday, just after 3 pm.

I drove by Eight Foot spa again and turned down that side street just to see if LEO was there, and he was. This makes at least two occurrences.
