I met Ruby on her first day, opted for 4 hands with Lisa there to hopefully fill in any of the language gap. Lisa was amazing, for the time she was actually there.

Funny when she was spoken about last time, I tried to reach her several times, even advanced appointments and couldn't make it work. She had every excuse in the bag, from her dog being sick, had to get groceries, double booked a client or simply forgot. Her being in Somerville was close by. May try again and even had old conversation history from months ago and SMH on the entire ordeal. But, there was a few times where she reached out and asked if I wanted to stop by, which unfortunately I was unable.
