Post a pic and the name she was using.

If she's at a hotel, use a fake number and call the hotel themselves and report her to them what she is doing. If the hotel staff acts like it's not their business, make insinuations that they are looking the other way and being involved (which majority of them really are). Get rid of the number afterwards.
