Baltimore based mongers who are lucky enough to live on the south side of that metro area, who believe they don't have many options, can always go south to the Maryland areas surrounding DC, where the fishing is a whole lot better. You guys may have to drive at least 40 minutes to reach spots but, it is what it is.
