Ice officials will start with the violent criminals then all other criminals. Everyone else after. Rest assured if they are here illegally, they will be on the list to deport with or without local officials help even if they have so-called anchor babies. Plans for interment camps are underway. These will be constructed on day 1. The good thing is that the 300,000 plus children who are being sex trafficked will be free from their captors.
