I went to Dove spa yesterday. As previously reported the walls are thin and they also don't go all the way to the ceiling. Looks like they're still building out the rooms. I have been getting a little bored with my UTR friend so I tried something different. She has a safe location although streets are a little confusing. I got to see her (Mina) a couple of months ago, I would not recommend her. Maybe it was just a case of YMMV, but my experience it was not worth it. She did offer L1, but it was very mechanical and offered very little OTC touching. After it was over she just gave a paper towel and pretty much told me to clean myself. I would say its not worth it for the price.
