Thanks for looking out. I usually don't have problems finding the girls that offer BBFS, whether the intel is from reports on this forum or directly from the agency / booker. This one case with Jin KStar was simply the first occurrence of the intel being inaccurate for me personally, while keeping in mind that "YMMV" always applies. In any case, I'm well over it!

Siena who was just here used to be BBFS, then CFS, and then back again to BBFS. I'm sure if the girl can afford it, they may choose not to offer it.
