I have no personal experience on this. But have been around lawyers a lot. One thing I can say, which will help in the longer term (but may not right now) - if the case was truly dismissed you should hire a lawyer and get all the paperwork to him / her and ask for the record to be expunged. Once it is expunged from your record, you keep that document safe and the next time you have a question "Were you ever arrested?" You can answer truthfully that you were but it was a bogus case that was dismissed and then expunged and provide the proof. One thing you should know. For a record that is expunged. You do not even need to report it. Expunged records are only visible by the FBI not background checks done by companies etc.

In your case. It is definitely still on your record showing "Dismissed" you should figure out for yourself if it is worth lying. As there is a very good chance a simple background check will definitely bring up that record. NOT providing advice. But if I were in a similar situation. I would say I was arrested for that offence and it was thrown out as it was frivolous and here is the document that proves it was dismissed.

Over the years a number of ladies have mentioned how they had to take an unexpected break because of a UTI. That's why some of them have become damn near militant about guys showering, washing their hands, changing condoms if it's a two-girl session, etc. As for the OP's question, it's a roll of the dice for both parties.

That site was always shit, but this new design is literally the worst I've seen on any site since the early 2000's. They must have found the cheapest plug and play crap web package they could from India or someplace. UX is horrible and I'd guess the backend is equally convoluted and inefficient.
