I'm about the same age as you and have only used Viagra so far, with pretty good results except for a headache later (I take Tylenol which seems to help). Could always use a stronger erection though. I guess I should try the combo for comparison.

I can't get a scrip from my doc, or accept mailed packages, because of need for discretion from SO.

But had an online chat with their doctor and he moved me up to their "max strength" and it is much more reliable. Why? On Amazon it's $0. 50 per 10 mg pill no insurance. Pay per prescription $30. Probably you need prime and control of the mailbox.

Although there's advantage if you really need 100 mg, or you can grind into powder and take one pill many times.

I tried the kind they used to sell on e-bay, it contained 100% real sildenafil so this might also. Amazon and e-bay still sell the arousal pills, some are real most are not. If they are real they will be removed from the listings sooner or later. I wish the FDA would spend a little more time inspecting American food instead of worrying about hard cock pills.
