My fellow hobbyists had it right, essentially anything in public, where there is no expectation of privacy, is fair game. As with any rule, there are exceptions, though none that come to mind here. The pictures you're asking about would be of providers walking the streets, very much in public and very much lacking any expectation of privacy. So snap away with impunity!

So, this question is for you lawyers or people that have some type of working knowledge of the legal system, I notice some of you post pics of the providers with their permission and place them here in the forum. However, what if you want to take a pic with your cell of a SW walking down the street without her consent. Is that legal? What are the ramifications? Can we get sued?

Any pictures or videos recorded within a public right of way, no consent is required. Sidewalks are almost always placed within the public are / w.

Not a lawyer, but if you take a pic of someone in public, there is no expectation of privacy. Think of all the "Karen" videos that are on YouTube. Plus, it seems like it would be pretty hard to trace the photo back to you? It's possible considering how much info you guys put on here, like when they were at a certain location, what they drive, etc, but would be pretty hard.

I think I read a review on her on the negative forum. That the smell down there was awful.

I saw her about a week ago. CBJ for about minute. Cowgirl for about a minute then stopped. Motioned me for doggy and that when I smelled the odor. The odor wasn't terrible but not normal.
