TBH, the go to rate I've been hearing for extras is 4-6 for HJ, 8-1. 0 for CBJ, and 1-1. 5 for CFS. Results vary and I guess also how you vibe with the girl. I've been looking for a new place in the IE. Don't really like blue off the 10 but most places are charging -5 now. I went to Blue Moon in a town that starts with T a month ago and it looked shut down to me. I saw a public notice about the space being uninhabitable due to wiring (Probably the shower in the back). My guess is they got reported and had a safety inspection or something. I didn't try the door though.
