I guess I don't know exactly how big a silver dollar is (can't remember the last time I saw one!) but it's been a Long time since I've seen her, but I remember her areolas being big enough to attract attention, but not so big that they were distracting, so I guess just the right size for me? LOL.

I will say, counter to what some have said, if you are a big tipper (say, adding an extra $100 into the mix) the girls do notice that and some of them will make accommodations for what they view as their best customers. For instance, if she doesn't have another customer right away, she might keep you over-time, after the hour is up. Or if she's GFE-only, she might break that rule and go BBFS for a big tipper. Of course, she may also do these things for a guy she likes, regardless of whether he tips or not. So, it really is a highly individualized situation.

I've had the exact same experience. No way of knowing. Some I've tipped very well, and still get rushed out. Others no tip, and not rushed. From my experience, if the girl likes you she'll treat you extra (not rushed, options free, etc).
