The issue with the South American based one's is a pain in the ass to be sure, but there's definitely plenty in Atlanta. I find setting the search location to Duluth, Norcross, Lawrenceville, or Union City to be a good way to help filter that as well as better target latinas. I also set the language to Spanish. I've posted this before, but if you enjoy looking for sb's in alternative sources, then Badoo is a good one for Latinas. It's a dating app like tinder or bumble but it's VERY popular with the latin community and Atlanta has a lot on there to choose from. For best results, set your filter for spanish speakers (I'm not fluent, I just use a translator).
