In the never-ending saga of Jie - I stopped by last Friday. "Massage" and "Open" red lights still on but nothing going on inside. Tried to call a few times over the course of the next 3 hours while at TTs, but never got an answer. If it was truly done for / got shut down, not sure whose paying this electricity bill to keep all the lights on. Maybe they really are renovating?

Stopped by today. Still "closed for renovation" piece of paper on the door.
