Most guys don't tip beyond the girl's normal rate. Certainly a few guys do. It is your decision but it's not expected at all.

This is not to be confused with extras / upcharges like bb or msog. Those may be called tips but that is just a polite code word for upcharge. You should pay whatever is agreed on, it's fair.
