The biggest difference I see, is supply and demand. I'm from Chicagoland area where there is 3 million people. It's a cost of living, high dollar area issue. The $300 ladies can't afford to live here and hotels are expensive especially in season so it's slim pickings. Increase your spend to $500 and your odds will improve. Increase to $800 and you'll never have an issue but it is all the same end result.
