Depends on the agency and girl. Some agencies the booker openly tells you MSOG +40. Other agencies don't mention it, and in those cases it's usually expected the girl does it for free. But a small percentage of the time, a girl doesn't do MSOG or tries to dissuade you from MSOG by spending time chatting, spending time showering after, anything they can do to use up the rest of the time so that you don't get a chance to fuck her again.
