This is a way to keep in touch so you can see her again. Almost always at the shop, or if she works a new shop. It is mainly good for asking when / where she next works. You paid too much. The talent there are real old. I used to paid. 8 for everything. I would not offer more than 100 today as younger talents nearby can be had for just a bit more.
