Another Sunday ruined.
I trusted her because I did an incall with her last October. But this time she did an outcall, and right after I sent the CashApp money, she claimed she had to pay her driver. And surprise, surprise, she never came back. I am not rich folks. I am just an incel trying to have a nice time. I didn't deserve this, and none of you deserve it either. Good luck!

Posts: 275I foresee many "I can't believe she did that to me" posts on this board. I don't care how well you think you know a provider. They will be enticed to rat you out and not think twice about it. I could even see them proactively reaching out to providers with past records that they know still provide to try and get on board as informants. I thought I had a strategy to beat LEO on this, but I'm considering leaving the hobby all together at this point. The only thing I'm wondering is if judges will be willing to change the charge from solicitation to something else to avoid jail time if you cooperate. Any thoughts there as a lawyer?

Posts: 15I mean, the smart ones wouldn't try to rob / extort, since that would add felony charges unrelated to the hobby. The dumb ones definitely would probably try, if desperate enough, though. And I guess they're the ones you'd want to watch out for anyways.

Posts: 570I too have not encountered providers who knew of the changes. LEO intends to educate them as they investigate, so they can flip them. Believe me, as soon as the first one collects her Victim Impact Funds, they will all know where they stand.

1. They can no longer be charged with solicitation. Their risk perhaps is for drug charges, outstanding warrants etc. , but as it relates to prostitution related offenses, they are now classified as victims.
2. The state made sure to specifically allow them to collect Victim Impact Funds (up to $12,000 per case). The judge will see to it that this is collected from us. Remember that the solicitation charge carries a mandatory 4 mos and up to 24 months, for first offenses, with no Prayer For Judgment (even drug cases and violent crimes allow for PFJ in NC) - this is devastating when facing these charges. I guarantee you that the way this will work is that if you come up with the $12 k or whatever the judge ascribes, you get the 4 mos. If not. Well, you'll probably get more time. In other Class I felony crimes (IMO more serious crimes), you could pony up with Victim Impact Funds and skip jail altogether if you had the right lawyer and judge. They've done away with that by taking that latitude away from the judge completely.
My detective friend says that LEO will open any questioning of the provider at any scene with 1. "You can't be charged" and 2. "help us by testifying against him and collect your $$ " That could very well become quite a business for some of these girls (the ones not zonked out on candy anyway). In fact, I could imagine a situation where LEO actually uses some of the ones we already know on stings so they can just rack up the easy felony arrests. Why wouldn't these women do this? They're already willing to do so many other scandalous things for a few bucks.

Idk if I would go as far as saying their risk "just went away" as opposed to staying the same if not also increases. Our risk definitely goes up but I think as a base case no one in this hobby on either side want any trouble with law. Saying "they can just call the cops now" seems a bit unlikely to me. What good would come from that from a providers standpoint? If anything, I anticipate hotels / motels being more vigilant about reporting suspicious activity from a particular room (s). And perhaps your interpretation of the law is different than mine but working girls "can now almost operate legally" isn't a conclusion I took away from the law. That doesn't seem accurate to me. I do agree it will most definitely be interesting to see how things play out over the next few months.

I see more of the scam artists being emboldened to set guys up for robbery or scams. They know if you call the cops for them stealing your money or threatening you, you will face a much bigger charge than they would. They can claim PTSD, attempted assault, etc. And you are up shit's creek with a hole in your canoe. Even if they have a bf / pimp / handler that strong arms you, if you report it then the both of you will get arrested. Would you want to be in the same holding area as the guy who just tried to rob you? I have also found that many of them were not aware of the changes, so at first there may be no issue. However, as time passes and they or their associates get arrested they will learn more about these laws.

Posts: 570I'm definitely curious about what's going to happen. On one hand, it would seem like NC would be the destination that providers would want to operate in. I mean, they can't be charged for solicitation anymore. In theory, their risk just went way, way down and they have all the legal leverage in the transaction. I mean, if you are having a disagreement with them in the room, they can just call the cops now. You would think that should lower prices, right? I mean if their risk drops and our risk goes through the roof, pricing should change with the risk, right? But, I doubt that will happen. On the other hand, who will be the market for these providers? Many of us are about to be taken off the streets, either because the risk is too great or because we get busted and we no longer have our freedom. Also, where are these girls going to stay, with their lodgers looking to boot them? So, I can see a future where this state is filled with working girls, who can now almost operate legally, and I can simultaneously see a future where there's a drastically reduced market for these providers. Only time will tell. What I do know for sure is that there's lots of hobbyists that aren't utilizing this forum that are about to be busted and absolutely destroyed because they don't know about the change. I feel bad for them.

Was CBJ something you prefer or was BBBJ not something she was ok with? It's imp to knock her down to non-GFE provider if she won't even do BBBJ and there was a post a couple of days ago of her willing to do BBFS so it seems in stark contrast to what others have told in terms of service provided.

Thanks for the info. Yeah definitely wanted to repeat just to see if she still had the glory years vibe going on. I guess she uses heavy filters in social media posts! LOL. I'm really concerned about this hobby when all the new laws go into effect. I think reliable safe options like Jessica Fox and Savannah for example will be able to charge even a higher premium because we know we will not have to worry about negative legal outcomes with such providers. Providers like Ava and Ashton might get an away with increased pricing but you never know with all the trouble they get in if uncle is behind the curtains somewhere. And no one is going to want to roll the dice and take one for the team on a new provider in the area again. Might be safer and wiser to start going back to bars and trying to find some strange the old fashioned way. LOL.

It's damn near impossible to catch something while using protection unless you had some broken or irritated skin in an area not covered by condom, say from nicking yourself with razor while manscaping prior to session thereby providing a route for transmission.

The link is no longer working. Any relevance to the broader forum or what?

Saw her within the past few days. Once she replied comms weren't bad. Standard incall at common place off NC 54. She's just really, really rundown. Epitome of junkie. She was definitely on something, marks, bruises, and body discolorations all over the fucking place. Bad teeth. Admittedly she has really nice features (tits, ass, pretty face for a junkie), but everything else just makes you feel like 'WTF am I doing here?' she wasn't clean at all. I'm not expecting the nether regions to smell like roses all the time but this was definitely top 3 worst smells I've ever encountered and I've been in the hobby for awhile now. Provided a meh CBJ, I took the plunge and hurried up to finish and get out. Feel like I'm still getting some of the smell days later.
It's encounters and providers like this that really highlights how bad the Raleigh scene is LOL. No way in hell she should be getting away asking 400/ hr. Bad service, hygiene, etc. She may have been worth seeing in the past years ago, but I beg anyone reading this to stay away from her and save your money.

Posts: 90Wow thanks for the info.
Yea between this new law and guidelines and the drought in this area I may stick with the HOF'ers the professional and legally here, no handler, etc. Not that I ever mess with the demon ones yall are crazy for that LOL. Not worth it. Not for some crackhead who may be desperate and become a Criminal Informant try to reduce their time or an illegal operation of foreigners. Yup I'm good. Thanks for the info though really appreciate it I remember hearing "12/1" but didn't know all the details. They sure take the fun out of everything ehh?
Be safe guys 🤙127995;.
