Tried again with One Spa, but this time made sure to contact them ahead of time to make sure they were free.

I was originally hoping to meet Alyssa for the first time, but alas that still wasn't to be as I believe she rotates around constantly.

It's possible you could have come when it was just one person and they couldn't answer the door. I had an uninterrupted hour plus. I was told I would be missed when I mentioned it was my last time. The space in big inside so it did take time for her to come from the back to get the door despite knowing I was coming. Depending on how long you waited, that could be part of the delay or issue.
