In the Glendale area and decided to check a few shops, here's the quality of their current line-up, I only partake at Spa 63.

Good: Spa 63 (two 7. 5+ girls, TS open, the skinnier one has a killer BBBJ and good massage), Red Star (met a 8. 5+ girl but they're busy).

There are pockets of the resistance still in the east but service varies depending on the mood of the talent. I have gotten crazy service, sent a friend and he good crappy service. The opposite happened too where he received crazy extras and I was waved off.

I guess we have different standards. I've been in this game for going on 2 decades myself and IMO no L2 should ever be considered "over the top." Over the top is a true GFE BBFS heat of the moment experience. Paying extra for basics is ruining it for everyone.
