It's been a while since I posted, but this was such a big win. Totally agree with other posts on how wonderful she is, but I'll add a few things:

Her location is extremely convenient. You have to try hard to miss it.

Best attitude I have encountered in many years. A true sweetheart.

Someone posted YMMV, but be a gentleman and treat her like a lady, and she'll care for you.

The only downside is that on a Saturday I could only see her for 30 minutes. Her schedule is just too full.
