Visited the new place in Westborough over the weekend. It's a house-looking building right on East Main St. Parking an entrance are in the back so it's relatively discreet. WW (Westboro) - It's along a reasonable busy drag (Rt 30), so turning left into the rear parking lot at certain times of the day might be a bit difficult. Best option is to come at it from the center of town. It looks to be a private house, so no other businesses there to have prying eyes. Still, as usual with new places, stay aware. (...)

There's a new spa in Charlton, southwest of Worcester. Look at the picture. I think they mis-spelled "Charlton" LOL!

I think it's the only spa in Charlton that I've ever noticed.
