Enter Milbury St from the Kelly Sq rotary.

Cruise down Milbury til you get to Seymour St.

Take a right on Seymour then your first right onto Harding.

That will then bring you back to the Kelly Sq rotary.

I tend to have more luck on Harding than Milbury.
