Not discreet = Puritanical neighbors want it gone. Discreet = you can have countless people over the years in and out and no one is the wiser. Like WLA.

If everyone followed simple rules and made an effort to be discreet things would be fine.

WLA location is perfect. The rooms M has are perfect including multiple with no adjoining neighbor on one side. Would be dumb to move. The fact that since 2004 many girls have called the spot home shows that its good.

I always kind of liked Playa. Goodish parking compared to MDR and some parts of SM. Lot of new buildings in West LA that are freeway close
