I've been several times and it's like these girls are operating under a cba. They all seem to quote the same for extras, to 100 for HJ and 200 nude HJ with touching. As far as the girls:

I visited Utopia a few times as a change of pace. The entrance is in back and up some stairs. I would say its semi-private. The times I went the owner was there and the first time I saw Candy.
