It's more than just straight math.

Doing something 10 times is a lot of work. And not every client is going to be clean or courteous or not a criminal. Higher price point weeds some of that out; not all of it, but a significant portion. Plus these clients often opt for lavish, multihour affairs. A girl who pulls 1 guy who springs for a 4-hour date is doing way less work and for more money than some ho turning 10 tricks a day. He's also more likely to become a regular and a regular income source is a godsend for a WG.

Generally, yes. Of course there is always a nonzero chance a john will be a creep or psycho, regardless of price point. But I've learned enough to secondhand that prices goes up, likelihood of creeps / psychos goes down. Like any consumer good, be it restaurants or cars, certain clientele coalesce around certain price points.

I always find these discussions hilarious. The reality is that nobody can control what anyone else is doing, and the actions of a few won't materially impact the overall market.

Inflation-driven price increases are hitting across the board. I was in CA last week and seeing 600+ as a standard rate. And as you might expect, in some cases where $200 would have seemed like a lot for what was on offer.

In many cases, these rates are the way that providers manage their own workload. They price themselves for the idiots, because 2 idiots at $600 is better than 4 semi-idiots at $300 or 6 thrifty old men at $200.

But I expect that there's going to be some type of wrenching adjustment at some point for rates over $300 or so when the market overall just says "No. ".

I realize folks disagree, and I'm not silencing any voices. I just don't think bitching about the idiots or trying to somehow control them is particularly helpful.

Bro, everyone should have every right to complain, after all you are spending the money. AND pointing out which providers refuse to see AA or anyone for that matter says a lot about that provider.
