I've been several times and it's like these girls are operating under a cba. They all seem to quote the same for extras, to 100 for HJ and 200 nude HJ with touching. As far as the girls:

Liz-Latina, smaller tits, fake ass but nice, menu is 100 HJ 200 nude HJ.

Samantha- white, huge fake tits and ass, talks way too much, menu 100 HJ 300 CBJ.

Tried Thai Bodywork. 801, not 803, if you're looking for it.

Woman was old and ugly, and I couldn't rationalize the house fee plus tip. We settled on 60 straight up, no massage, no house fee. She pulled out some decent bolt ons and encouraged grabbing, sucking, and otc down below.

Won't repeat, she wouldn't stop with the jackhammer even after I told her to slow down several times.

Tried Utopia. Girl was very attractive, spoke great English, probably Spanish and / or white descent, and clearly fake up top and bottom. She seemed very interested in finding out how I found out about the place, kept asking leading questions, but I stood firm on being "new" and "just passing by".

Massage was okay, but I didn't partake in any extras. She quoted 100 for L1, which is absurd in my opinion. She offered CashApp and Apple Pay as forms of payment (as though cash on me was the issue, and not the crazy prices). I offered 40, which she said was a standard tip before any extras. I gave her nothing and went about my way.

Would definitely repeat if I was in the area and the prices went down. Hope to see if any other places like this pop up. Non A MPs.

For a short period of time had a place over an industrial wear house. Then teamed up with some other girls at a spa but she seemed to be there in name only to bring people in and then gone.

Did a walk in and immediately drew an older lady in her late 40's. Decent massage. Not sure if there are extras as I did not partake nor interested. Rooms are set up semi-private with no doors, just a curtain. Can't imagine extras are available with that set up. Nothing to write home about.

I visited Utopia a few times as a change of pace. The entrance is in back and up some stairs. I would say its semi-private. The times I went the owner was there and the first time I saw Candy. OK massage with a nice size ass. She was Brazilian. Standard HE. Price is too high for what is offered.
