This is the way to raise standards. The bottom 20% who have low looks and low service do not belong in Socal, it's nothing personal. They can find work in less competitive markets, they'll make someone happy there. There are too many girls otherwise, so it hurts everyone for them to rebrand and stick around. I've seen too many guys quit over a bad experience so I draw the line there. All we have to do, is respectfully highlight the girls who have worked hard and earned a place with either good looks or good service - sometimes both.
