It is not unusual to find a few in that area. Teutonia / Hopkins area north of center and south of Capital were hit or miss back in the day although I haven't been up that way in maybe 10 years. I wouldn't be surprised that in this economy, they're still around. It usually was the case that I seldom saw anything that interested me.
