What is the rule for asking for references or to have the handler expect to receive a text asking for verification from another agency?

Something is going on with Sumatra. I got two PMs on TER, but they were identical. I would have never even thought it could be something like the washer and dryer tbh but with the amount of units with MILF queens, I'm sure its a known "issue" for building management.
