Yeah, Empire is indeed HIGH turnover. Plus their Insta posts (which they regularly delete) have varying prices (one day 90/ hr, next day 150/ hr, for same girl) so hard to say on any given day what they'll charge. I personally don't like leaving bad reviews for girls or being overly critical but the mileage for them are so hit or miss that its almost jarring. Andrea is decent though but Natalia is a bust. Weird incall too with it being a micro office with alot of traffic. If you need a nut on the cheap though, its not a bad option.
