I was there a few months ago and the negotiation was super hard. O discussion until I was in room and they had cash in hand. And then it was pasties on boobs and a DIY. However. The girl was very pretty and she was a sweet heart. I didn't feel hustled even though I had no idea what I was buying. So YMMV.

I doubt that's what's going on. But I noticed it, too.

I think they just selling the service to these parlors to route more traffic to them, for a price, like all advertising since Roman times. Handle some texts, handle some calls. Get more dudes in the doors.

Just my interpretation of it, but them buying up places willy-nilly seems implausible.
