Is it really a time thing tho? It not like a massage. Their prep / cleanup the same for hr or hhr and unless your MSOG - actual action time probably pretty similar if you come showered up and ready to go. I think the structure makes sense.

She lives in Vegas so maybe the bookers apartments are all full? I've also heard from the VAC booker that she is hard to work with (takes a lot of days off) so maybe she is relegated to outcall only to mitigate any potential losses from that if she were to occupy an incall apt.
