Any of you video guys have any tips on how to get the best shots / quality? What sort of equip are you bringing? I've tried it but think the lighting isn't too great. Last attempt was with Riko, but in that super tiny room she was in.

I use 2 dji osmo pocket 3's. The pocket 3's have low light mode. Check my history with reviews that has a long list of gear.
