Some girls don't offer it. There's a practical thinking to that: for quality providers, it is a rushed, impersonal experience. Some of us don't do QVS, unless it evolves that way unintentionally. It can invite scheduling headaches with no shows and the like. The girl has to do the same prep as for FS, hygiene prep, etc. , (told to me by a provider). TL; DR avoid.
