There was an Asian girl two years ago floating around the hotels that offered rim. Not my thing but I'm guessing knowing the business side that would definitely have to be an up charge from regular services even if they are charging more than usual. So my first thing was absolutely abolish the rush service. One hour should be able to extend to hour 15 minutes if needed. Most of the "big city" (Vegas, SF, LA) ones I've experienced offer some level of rim. Obviously not everyone's cup of tea, but at least having it available with the right girl and / or right price is nice. Bookers can normally direct that way if interested.
