First of all. Don't put any trust in what you see in that ad or otherwise. Add 10-15 yrs maybe to Alex's age in ad. She runs it. Search Greensboro and Winston for "Alexa" and you'll have a lot of info. Short story is bad reviews and possibly dangerous. Used to have an Amy working with her too, and another girl but can't remember the name.
